Executive Coaching programs

The first coaching program we offer is targeted at Western Executives and focuses on the Asia Pacific market. The program pays particular attention to the region's unique cultural values, and provides a full suite of advisory and backup services to Executives/Senior Managers who are planning to work in Asia. In many cases, our support is extended to cover periods when overseas IMs are undertaking regional assignments.

Our second program is aimed at Asian managers and is geared towards cultivating a deeper understanding of Western culture and Western business ethics. Experience shows that many Asian executives find it especially hard to adapt to Western practices, and a structured but sympathetic period of training is a proven method to help bridge the divide.

Why are our Executive Coaching programs different?

Our coaching programs differ from other training courses in that they seek not only to develop participants' existing skills, but also to nurture abilities and strengths which the participant may previously not have been aware of.
