The fine art of executive search
The steps involved in an Executive Search are numerous, but generally begin with a face-to-face meeting or web conference.
After this, we start looking. But regardless of the position we are seeking to fill, there are always three very distinct criteria that we focus on.
1. Experience and adaptability
The title says it all. A great candidate might not always have experience in the required sector. But if the candidate can adapt quickly and embrace challenge, we want to know.
2. Cultural sensitivity
This is an important issue that many clients place great emphasis on. We look for candidates who can bridge cultural divides, and demonstrate awareness and understanding of regional differences.
3. A pairing of goals and ambitions
For a senior-level appointment to be a success, it is essential that both the client and candidate share a similar vision in terms of long-term strategic planning and company outlook.
