Our services: Executive Interim Management:
EEIM contracts Interim Managers to companies, businesses and global corporations in Asia Pacific. Interim Managers are independent, senior-level Executives with proven track records of success in their chosen specialities. Assignments vary in duration, but all are for a limited period only.
“When companies undergo periods of crisis and change, it is almost always advantageous to bring in an outsider. The skills and fresh perspective that an Interim Manager brings to an assignment can provide a solution that is unparalleled both in terms of time savings and cost.”
Ruud van der Linden, Founder of EEIM
Our services, then, are twofold. On one hand we source and maintain a pool of Executive-level managers; on the other, we liaise closely with clients in order to ascertain and meet their individual requirements.
All clients have different needs, and assignments are seldom identical. However, the following examples provide a good indication of the kind of projects we handle:
Bring specialization and specific skills to solve sudden management-level gaps
Shut down / build overseas entities
Restructuring; reorganization; relocation
Strengthen local and overseas business performance
Develop new products and business ventures, especially for Asia Pacific markets
Crisis management
Project management requiring specialized knowledge and experience (ie, Finance, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing)
Assignment Management
Assignment management refers to the tightly controlled steps that enable us to optimize client satisfaction while ensuring that projects get completed on time and on budget.
1. The preliminary steps
In many ways, these steps are the most important. Not only are project objectives defined, it is also at this point that we develop an understanding for the culture and values that prevail in the workplace.
2. The proposal
Next, we prepare a written proposal that outlines the actions we recommend, fees and costs, and the time frame for project completion.
3. Monitoring
Monitoring consists of a series of open discussions between ourselves and the client, ourselves and the IM, and the client and the IM.
4. Feedback and evaluation
Full client satisfaction is our primary goal, so it is these steps that allow us to gauge where future improvements can be made.
